The Support workers we have at our service are highly qualified and tranined to deliver the best support services for our clients. They would take into account the support needs of the people living with impairments, their lifestyle, and the goals and preferences of their lives. They may also contact the immediate carers and family members to get to know the recipients and their families. This customised approach helps our support workers help the recipients live the life of their choice, with dignity and independence.

Our assistance with SIL allows the recipients to live as autonomously as possible, while benefiting from various support services like access to housing, therapies, transportation, day-to-day care, and the like.

The objectives of our SIL have always been to provide the recipients with assistance with daily living along with assistance with the development of skills that help them live their lives autonomously.
